What to do if you have a comment, suggestion or complaint?
Yours views on our services are always welcome. You can make your views known by speaking to a member of staff.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service or your own treatment, you should speak to the staff involved in your care, who will try to resolve any problems whilst you are still attending the clinic.
If you remain unhappy or do not wish to raise your concerns directly with staff, you can write, email or telephone the Director of Nursing and Allied Health Professionals.
