progestogen only contraception (POP) - Mini Pill: Missed Pill

How late are they?

More than 3 hours late:

• at risk of pregnancy
• continue pills as usual, but use extra precautions for the next two days.

Less than 3 hours late:

• take the pill immediately and take the next one at the usual time. This may mean taking two pills in one day.
