C4U - CONDOMS FOR YOU

C4U is Dumfries and Galloway’s 'c' card scheme that provides free condoms for young people aged 14-19. It is a friendly non judgmental confidential service.

HOW IT WORKS

You pop along to a ‘C4U Outlet’ to obtain a ‘C4U Card’ and initial supply of condoms. This visit also includes a sexual health chat (nothing to worry about), condom demonstration and any relevant signposting. Thereafter the young person presents their ‘C4U Card’ at outlets or designated ‘C4U Pick up Points’ (PUPs) to obtain further supplies of free condoms for one year.

These ‘Outlets’ and ‘PUPs’ will carry the ‘C4U’ logo in the window and be advertised in schools, at young people's venues and in a regional directory.
