Download and print* a voucher to get your free postal testing kit. Hand over the voucher at the counter in your local chemist or ask to speak to the pharmacist privately to receive your kit. The kit has a specimen bottle for a urine sample and and envelope is provided for you to pop the sample in the post. Remember to follow the instructions in the kit for filling in your details. Your results will be available within 7-10 days and given to you by your chosen method of contact.

A single antibiotic will treat Chlamydia, which is also available from your local chemist, with normal prescription charges applying.
